1. Definitions
“Seller”, “we”, “our”, or “us” refers to Mirror Park Studios, the provider of digital goods via Tebex.
“Buyer”, “you”, or “your” refers to the purchaser.
“Products” means any digital goods purchased from our Tebex store.
2. Digital Goods and Delivery
2.1. Products are classified as digital content under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
2.2. Products are delivered electronically after successful payment.
2.3. Products are issued through FiveM’s cfx.re encryption service and are available for download via the Buyer’s Keymaster portal.
2.4. Downloads are not guaranteed to be available permanently.
2.5. If we migrate to a new platform, we will endeavour to notify customers via Discord so they can download or transfer their Products.
2.6. We shall not be held responsible if you fail to act upon such announcements.
3. Refund Policy
3.1. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final.
3.2. Refunds will only be granted if we fail to deliver the purchased Product.
3.3. By downloading a Product, you waive your right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
4. Product Access and Responsibility
4.1. We do not guarantee permanent or lifetime access to Products.
4.2. Buyers are responsible for downloading and backing up Products.
5. Previous Purchases (Pre-2025)
5.1. Products bought in 2024 or earlier on our Shopify store can be re-issued to your Keymaster, as long as it is currently sold on our Tebex Store. Once transferred over, your asset will then be subject to Keymaster processes. You must provide proof of purchase, such as the email sent and order number.
5.2. Products not sold on our current Tebex Store will not be reissued if we previously sold them on Shopify. We have fulfilled our requirement to deliver the digital content and may no longer have access to these products.
6. Third-Party Dependencies
6.1. Our Products rely on FiveM and Tebex.
6.2. We are not liable if Products become unusable due to changes, outages, or closure of these services.
7. Support and Compatibility
7.1. Products are intended for the versions of FiveM stated at the time of sale.
7.2. We cannot guarantee future compatibility with FiveM updates.
7.3. Support is provided at our discretion and is not guaranteed indefinitely.
8. Privacy & GDPR
8.1. We receive limited customer information from Tebex for order fulfilment and support purposes only.
8.2. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data.
8.3. Tebex acts as the payment processor and is responsible for handling payment data. See Tebex’s Privacy Policy for further details.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of our Products.
9.2. We are not responsible for server issues, data loss, or compatibility problems caused by the installation or use of our Products.
10. Governing Law
10.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
10.2. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
11. Changes to Terms
11.1. We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time.
11.2. The Terms applicable at the time of purchase shall govern that transaction.
12. Relation to Tebex Terms
12.1. These Terms and Conditions are intended to be consistent with the Tebex Terms of Service.
12.2. By purchasing any Product from our Tebex store, you also agree to be bound by Tebex’s Terms of Service, which can be found at https://store.mirrorparkstudios.co.uk/terms.
12.3. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and Tebex’s Terms of Service, Tebex’s Terms will prevail where required by law or platform policy.
